Easy Creole Seasoning (salt-free)

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Tablespoons paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons granulated garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 Tablespoons dried oregano
  • 2 Tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoons dried basil
  • 1 Tablespoons dried thyme
  • 1 Tablespoons cayenne pepper (or less to suit taste)

DIRECTIONS

Mix all spices together in a bowl. Store in an airtight container for up to six months.

This creole seasoning is great on seafood, meat, and even veggies. Mix it with some olive oil to form a paste or use it as a dry rub on meats. I love it on shrimp, salmon and even tofu. Use it in place of creole seasonings in recipes too.
